Our history

Company creation

With just four employees, we began our work with small projects and renovations. We didn't have a physical location.
January 2008

First public office

After two years of hard work, and thanks to the positive response from the local community, we need to open a public office: Calle Veracruz 15.
2010
We reached 10 employees within the company, and the amount of work increases over the years.
2012

Business growth

These were years of business growth and takeoff. We needed a new headquarters: We moved our office to Avenida San Fernando No. 12, 1st Floor.
2016
We built our first homes from scratch, making it the largest project our company has undertaken.
2017
After 10 years of business, the company reached 20 employees, achieving a stable job base that continues to this day.
2018
Even in the midst of a pandemic, we were able to keep our employees and carry out planned work thanks to our adaptation to current health laws and taking the necessary precautions to protect our employees and customers.
2020

We establish in an industrial park

The scale and requirements of the work we performed prompted us to expand our facilities with a warehouse/office in the Villa de Rota Industrial Park, our current location at 25 Orfebres Street.
2023
After 17 years of existence, we continue to uphold the same values ​​with which the company was founded, and that is what has allowed us to stand out in a sector as competitive as the renovation and construction sector.
